There was a lot of raw onion mixed with the rice and chicken. Aside from the onions, food was good.

The chickens weren't crispy enough. Also, they should've given me 2 rib/thigh instead of 1 drumstick.

garlic toum was missing

Burger size got significantly small! Idk whats going on. Crisp burgers used to be bigger and better! This isn’t a 300+ tk worth burger!

Crisp Gulshan-1 branch makes way better grilled chicken and gives totally different buns than Gulshan-2 Crisp. Gulshan-2 was disappointing.

nuggets had a foul smell, were probably old & stale and Hotwings aren't even hot at all, lacks spice & flavour
