Restaurant and their service are pretty good but today my parcel’s head was totally open. I am sure the delivery person opened it.

3 star because somebody at the Tejgaon outlet keeps forgetting to give me a straw. I order it regularly from office, and regularly straw is missing. But their iced americano is the best in Dhaka.

the taste of raspberry mocha freddo and mocha freddo is identical.i love their freddos but why would they cost more 30 taka for raspberry flavour if it has the same taste as mocha freddo?

Copley had a weird smell from the cheese tho I loved the egg soufflé. Shortbread was pure bliss sooo good. But I would hesitate to order the copley again if I feel like. Brownie was okay.

Kenya Summer's flavor is not okay at all. May be their regular staff didn’t prepared today because almost everyday I order it and today it tasted like iced americano with little bit lemon juice!
