Horrible! The way the drink was delivered it was all mixed up and lost its speciality! Pathatic!

barely any sugar even after asking for extra. they don't add an sweetness to the drinks at all. I had to add sugar at home and the iced tea just tasted like water there was no flavour and too much ice

Mango cheese affair not as thick and tasty as before even with such a premium price tag. I was very sad. Once this was a regular go to drink.

The matcha cheese strawberry latte was really bad like really bad it tasted like dhaniya I have tried matcha elsewhere even abroad so I know this matcha strawberry combo’s taste it not this bad

The drinks were not cold, no sign of any ice cube. Had to chill them in freezer for last 15 min before having and it tastes very low quality milk tea. Pearls in the tea might be a week old, so hard.
