Bad packaging

packaging should be improved! The food became cold!

র‍্যাপ ও কারাগে চিকেন ভালো। তবে দোকান থেকে সরাসরি চিকেন ফ্রাইড রাইস কিনে ভালো পরিমাণে চিকেন পেলেও ফুডপান্ডায় অর্ডার করে রাইসের ভেতর কোন চিকেন পাই নি। ক্রিস্পি চিকেন বাসী ছিল, আগের মত স্বাদ আর নেই।

Karaage chicken didn’t taste like before.

The wrap bread was raw. Very very unpleasant taste of uncooked flour.

Didn't get the Chciken Sandwich or Chicken Katsu, so can't rate these items. The other items were okay.

nuggfes were dry...but chicken balls were yummy.

চেয়েছি five star bargar কিন্তু তারা আমাকে বার্গার এর ভিতরে কোনো টমেটো এবং লেটুস প্রদান করেনি। বরং তারা আমাকে বেসিক বার্গার দিয়ে দিয়েছে। ধন্যবাদ

চিকেন রেপ টা অনেক আগের ভাড়া ছিল ক্রিস্পি কুলো নরম এবং লুস ছিলো।

Nuggets were stale and I ordered so many items, they only gave 2 sauces, for every item there should be atleast 1 sauce, thats common courtesy

বলেছি ব্রেস্ট পিস দিতে,দিল লেগ পিস+ছেঁড়া প্যাকেটে দিছে।উপর দিয়ে স্কচটেপ মারা নিচ দিয়ে খোলা ছিল প্যাকেট।যখন প্যাকেট টা বের করলাম নিচে খোলা থাকার কারণে চিকেন ফ্রাই, সসেজ সিঁড়িতে পড়ে গেছে যা খেতে পারিনাই

Bad experience. Very dry food with less taste

There is bad smell from the chicken and taste like rubber. Usually that smell comes when the chicken has been frozen for a long period of time. Disgusting experience.
