The mango cake was unavailable, which should have been removed from the menu... However, the salted caramel cake which they delivered after asking if a replacement can be given... Was delicious!

i have ordered red velvet slice, they gave me salted caramel slice. disappointing

They never have chocolate mousse entremet, yet its still on the menu and then they call you to make changes to the order.

I ordered mother's day cake from overseas it was not delivered as shown in the picture.The Happy Mother's Day symbols were not there..

I ordered a cake to celebrate a birthday, and they wrote the name wrong. Shouldn’t they pay more attention when the name is clearly in the instructions and people celebrate a birthday once a year?!!
