Food was good buy they are always very poor for giving napkins, ketchup spoon etc. They should give plastic fork/ spoon for eating coleslaw. They don’t give. Poor mentality in service. Counts penny.

Butter sandwich is good as always but getting on the sweeter side nowadays.

Loved the sugar puff, a bit pricy though

I ordered Chicken butter sandwiches and it was totally tasteless. I ordered same thing before several times but today it was totally tasteless.

mutton halim was really runny.

Not satisfied with the size. as per prize 290 BDT sandwich should be special and large

cucumbers in the sandwich was extremely bitter and had ruined the entire taste of the sandwich! The alu chop had a bashi smell 🤢🤮

Again the samosas were rotten. I am a big fan of Sausly’s since long, but these days they are repeatedly delivering rotten food, especially samosas and chops. They should look into this seriously.
