I ordered an American black forest cake, and got another one cake, which wasn’t in the menu, and the cake is too much sweet, sweeter than sugar. That ruin my surprise birthday of my wife.

It was not fresh. Made 12 June, 5 days before selling date. when unpacked,it was already on expiry date 17 june. selling whole cake 5 days old when it is almost reach expiry time is very disappointing

I ordered two mini red velvet cake and cake ta uporer layer divide hoye side e pore gese and arekta box er Gaye lege gese. It's a horrible experience ordering from Cooper's.
