Honestly a scam, order by phone. Fried chicken didnt have the official kfc flavor or spice they give on top of skin.

I had a beautiful meal from KFC after a long time.

it was very fresh and hot because they were busy but no salt on fries

The food wasn’t as good as it always used to be. The rizo rice was lacking flavours and the chicken wasn’t spicy at all, even though I ordered hot and crispy chicken so it was supposed to be spicy.

We love KFC but today’s food was not that good. Reason was 1. Wings and chicken nuggets were cold. And chicken pcs were not properly cooked.

The restaurant didnt start preparing until i arrived at the restaurant and asked for my order. This defeats the purpose of placing pick up order through your app.

The rider complained that he had to wait for 30 mins extra at the shop to pick up food.

We have to wait 20 more minutes for the food that I have to pick up even it’s beyond pickup time.

Burger wasn’t wrapped with paper and toppings in the burger was less . The Bashundhora branch of KFC offers better burgers.
