“Mixed chaat”was the best chaat i have tasted. “Raj kachori” is good as well, apart from being less spicy; it needs bit more man. “Dahi Fuchka” is not worth it’s price;

make sure do not put the tomato sauce sache inside the box of vegetable cutlet. chicken uttapam's chicken a bit dry. if possible start selling sambar separately. other items are well 👍🏽 done. thanks

Papri chaat is just nimki with doi. Just get the raj kachori if u still want that same taste with more variety has more stuff and NOT just nimki. Uses same doi too
