Kebabs were good but naan was rubbery and the biriyani had no salt, only two pieces of meat and not tasty.

Need to send chutneys with the Kebabs. No chutney was send.

Mutton nehari taste like curry. Naan and Paratha was hard. Disappointing.

I had ordered alu and keema partha. Basically these are stuffed naan rather than paratha. Alu partha didn't have enough stuffing also didn't taste good either. Keema partha was fine.

The beef pasinda WAS WAY TOO SALTY! And the food at Lucknow so very expensive. Naan had so much oil or “ghee” in it that it turned soggy. Disappointed.

H&I Biryani: 2 pieces of bones, half a potato and some dry rice….comes in a earthen jar! 1000 tk meal!

delivery person handed over the parcel to the security guard. which is not acceptable. I will recommend for cash delivery not online payment.

Horrible food. The quality of the food has deteriorated a lot. Perhaps they send terrible food, quality-wise and quantity-wise, as the customer is not present in the restaurant and cannot complain.
