Restock Reminders keep you updated on your essentials. Based on previous orders, you can set a reminder to notify you when it's time to repurchase. Never run out of your favourites!

How do I set up a reminder?

From your Past Orders: Go to the Orders & Reordering page and use the "Set Reminder" filter to find eligible past orders.
From the Shop Listing and Shop Detail page: If you’ve ordered from a vendor before, you’ll see a "Set Reminder" option directly on their page.
After Checkout: Look for the toggle on your Order Tracking Page to schedule your next restock immediately.

How will I be notified?

Push Notification: If you are opted-in, you will receive a push notification that dynamically shows the vendor name.
Note: Currently, Restock Reminders are an MVP feature available exclusively on Desktop Web. While you may receive notifications on your phone, you must return to the Desktop site to manage your reminders or quickly add items to your cart.
Toast Reminder: A toast notification will appear on the main Restaurants/Shops Listing Page. If you don't dismiss it, the toast will - continue to show within the same and subsequent logged-in sessions for up to three days.
Email Reminder: An email will be sent to your registered email address.

Can I set reminders for multiple shops?

Yes! You can set up to 3 active reminders at a time across different shops. However, to keep things simple, you can only have one active reminder per shop at a time. Note: If you create a new reminder for a shop that already has one, it will replace your previous reminder schedule and item list.

What happens if I click the reminder but the items are out of stock?

If an item is out of stock or the shop is temporarily unavailable, a notification will appear on the shop's page so you can easily find a suitable replacement.

How do I change or cancel a reminder?

Navigate to the Orders & Reordering page / Shop Detail page / Order Detail page / Order Tracking page and select the "Active Reminders" filter. Click "Edit Reminder" on the specific order to adjust the start date, frequency, or time. You can also click "Delete" to stop receiving notifications for that vendor entirely.

What are the frequency limits?

Daily: Up to 30 days. Weekly: Up to 4 weeks. Time: You can set notifications for any 30-minute window between 6:00 AM - 11:30 PM. Advance Booking: You can set a start date up to 90 days into the future.
